"Visualization is very powerful when you work with horses. Visualization is like a universal language that you can use to talk to your subconscious. Your subconscious doesn't always understand what you mean, If you say "don't think of falling of a horse" it will do the opposite!

 You can't talk to someone who doesn't' speak your language: for example you are in a foreign country and you ask "Where can I ride a horse?". You can ask a thousand people but they won't tell you where you can do that. But if you draw a picture and show it to anyone, instantly they know what you mean.

Visualization is the universal language for people that don't speak your language and visualization is a very powerful way to communicate with your subconscious.

When you make a visual image of the way you like to look with your horse, your subconscious know what you mean. Make a picture in your mind and look at the picture for 30 seconds and let your subconscious absorb it. Close your eyes for 30 seconds, see your self, feel your self, imagine yourself walking, riding, being with that horse. Do it when your mind is calm, relaxed and powerful and your subconsious understands. It understands what you want and then things can and will change!!"
